NOCAP Sports empowers universities, brands and athletes to lead the new era of college sports.

Founded in 2020, NOCAP Sports emerged as one of the first Name/Image/Likeness (NIL) marketplaces, giving college athletes the chance to monetize their name, image, and likeness for the very first time. We started by bridging athletes and brands for sponsorships in a wide-open market that was full of opportunity but fragmented and unsustainable.

It didn’t take long to see the limitations of the traditional NIL marketplace.

It left universities without solutions to growing financial pressures.

It couldn’t give brands scalable, repeatable ROI.

And it couldn’t deliver lasting earning power for athletes.

This realization sparked the evolution of NOCAP into what it is today. NOCAP has evolved from a single point solution marketplace into the infrastructure powering the athlete-led economy, a unified ecosystem connecting universities, athletes and brands in a continuous value loop. Today, we’re driving revenue, building long-term equity, and redefining the economics of college sports.
